Is a credit pack a subscription?
No. Each credit pack is a one-time purchase, with no automatic renewal.
Do top-up credits expire?
Top-up credits, including the bonus in your pack, do not expire. Any existing monthly subscription allowance is separate.
Why do bigger packs have more value?
Each pack includes bonus credits on top of its base amount. The credit cost of a video stays the same regardless of which pack you bought.
Does each mode have a different price?
No. All three modes use the same duration and quality rates. Scenes use the selected template’s duration, uploads use the clip’s duration, and ideas use the output duration you select.
Can I pay cash for just one video?
Video generation uses credits. Purchase a credit pack, then use those credits for your videos. There is no separate cash checkout for an individual video.
What if I do not have enough credits?
The workspace shows how many more credits you need and links to the credit packs. Top up, then return to review your estimate.
Will checking a quote use my credits?
No. Looking at a credit estimate does not deduct credits.
